How to Return My Order

If you’ve changed your mind about an online purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return the item.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team:

In your message, include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Your preferred return method (drop-off or collection)

We will respond promptly and guide you through the return process.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be in "as new" condition, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • Returns must be made to our designated return location.

  • If collection is required, we can arrange pickup during business hours (Monday–Saturday) for a €59 collection fee.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • A restocking fee may apply if items are returned out of packaging or after assembly.

  • Returns using alternative methods not approved by us will not be reimbursed.

Note: Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable and in good condition before disposing of packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Made-to-order items, floor models, and display models

  • Items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (unless faulty)


How to Return a Damaged or Faulty Product

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or noticing the issue:

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the damage or fault

  • A photo of the damaged/faulty item

  • Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

Do not dispose of the item. We may arrange inspection, collection, or ask for return to our depot. If necessary, a technician will assess the item.


Incorrect or Substituted Items

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Do not use or unbox the item

Sometimes manufacturers may update product specifications. If that happens, we will offer a substitute or the option to cancel your order.

All sizes and measurements provided are approximate, though we aim for maximum accuracy.
